Thank you Kat & Brandon at Faul Seasonal’s! Amazing customer service. I had a lot of leaves in my pool due to Hurricane and didn’t have a big enough net and pole. They did not hesitate to bring what I needed to my house even thought they were CLOSED due to no electricity. They also had home damage and still brought me what I needed. Thank you both so much!

Do you believe that Angels walk amongst us?!?! I for one can tell you they do!!! They come in many forms. This week, they came in a pack from Church Point Louisiana. I called Faul Seasonals from Luling LA in complete desperation after Hurricane Ida turned my neighborhood, Ashton Plantation, into what looked like a war zone. My once beautiful pool was now a green cesspool with over a thousand shingles in it. My first connection was with Paige. Her sweet Cajun accent was most comforting. She let me cry and listened attentively as I told my story. She told me that she will talk to the owners and get back with me. Within minutes I was on a 3-way call with her, Brandon and Kat. “What can we do to help you?” I will never forget those words as I sank into my chair in relief. From that phone call until right now, they have been my families’ SAVING GRACE! Not only did they drive 3 hours to come help almost 60 people with their pools, they brought truckloads of donated supplies, 4000 lbs of ice (thank you Caleb Guidry) and even made 40 lbs of jambalaya so everyone could have their first hot meal in days!!!!!! YES ANGELS DO EXIST!!!! Brandon, Kat, Bradley, Paige, Jace, Mr. Casey, Caleb and the city of Church Point.. I don’t know how to ever repay you for what you all have done for my community. The way you didn’t hesitate to help to the utmost professionalism and kindness you have shown, gives me hope that there IS still good in the world. The only thing I will regret once this is all said and done, is the fact that you don’t live closer. To me you are now family. So this will not be good bye. Lafayette is so blessed to have a company with people who’s hearts are bigger than life. Faul Seasonals cannot be rated because it’s clearly more than 5 stars. I will end by saying if you want your pool in tip top shape by people who “actually care”… you have two choices 1) Faul Seasonals or 2) The other guys… The choice is simple. Great people extremely knowledgeable about pools, pumps and filters. They also get the job done on time and correctly
